in case you aren't aware, there are countless
other services online that offer the very same
thing you are suggesting.... only FREE!!!

let's look at your current idea.
if the HB system were to allow templates for
boards at a 'minimal' cost to the subscriber,
and YOU say we should rest on the goodwill of
the posters to use it to support HB....

THEN WHY THE FUCK DON'T PEOPLE PAY/DONATE FOR

Shatzy, it seems like you only like to build something if you and only you has your hand on the detonate button. If there is a modicum of unknowness in a suggestion, why slam it to the ground so hard?

You can't possibly know the outcome of my suggestion unless it is tried.

Another factor to consider is that on Hostboard's main page newbies are encouraged to get their own "free" forum. Perhaps at some point it may not be necessary to push "free" forums on the main page. The conundrum is that Efforts are made by Hostboard ADM to keep Hostboard operating and improving on a regular basis and that should be touted MORESO than the "freeness" of getting a forum. If Hostboard strives to offer good service, then perhaps Hostboard shouldn't use the free word so freely.

That was the long answer.

The short question is what would be the harm in offering the templates?

The reason Shatzy gives is not that she doesn't want to do it, but that no one will pay for them. You have now come up with a different view. Since there is now more than one interpretation, it's not as ABC as you would make it sound.

ideas into one whole.
